DETROIT, MI (WKZO AM/FM) – The Detroit Tigers, Detroit Red Wings, and DTE are donating $50,000 to two youth sports facilities in Detroit in honor of Earth Day.
The funds will be used to make upgrades at the Belle Isle Athletic Complex and the East Side Hockey Ice Arena. The work will include the installation of LED lighting and is expected to take place this summer.
