CHICAGO, IL (WKZO AM/FM) – After last night’s game was postponed due to rain and poor playing conditions, the Detroit Tigers and the Chicago White Sox will play a straight doubleheader today starting at 5:10 p.m.. Heavy rain forced MLB to call the game before the teams could take the field.
Detroit snapped a five-game losing streak with a 5-2 win in the opener in Chicago Tuesday.
The Tigers continue their nine-game road trip with stops in New York to take on the Yankees and in Boston against the Red Sox.
