COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – In celebration of National Travel and Tourism Week, the Coldwater Country Conference and Visitors Bureau has teamed up with more than 30 destinations around Michigan for a statewide scavenger hunt.
Treasure boxes have been hidden in secret locations somewhere in the Coldwater Country area. Follow Coldwater Country’s social media channels (@ColdwaterCountryFun) for clues on where to find these treasure boxes as each one will contain gift cards meant to introduce you to other Pure Michigan destinations — Manistee, Jackson, Tecumseh, and Big Rapids.
Debra Yee, who is the Executive Director of the Coldwater Country Conference and Visitors Bureau says in turn, several Coldwater Country gift cards are hidden as treasure in other areas of the state which promote Coldwater Country and encourages travel to our area.
The Great Michigan Scavenger Hunt and Giveaway is a collaboration between the Michigan Association of Convention and Visitors Bureaus and its members.
