COLUMBUS, OH (WKZO-AM/FM) – Detroit posted a 5-2 win at Columbus as the teams battle to stay out of the Central Division basement.
Jakub Vrana, Joe Veleno, and Danny DeKeyser scored second period goals, Vladislav Namestnikov scored twice in the third, and Thomas Greiss made 22 saves.
The Red Wings lead the Blue Jackets by one point in the standings (47-46) heading into the regular season finale tonight.
