COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – A groundbreaking ceremony has been scheduled for next Friday, May 21 for the new Green Tree Relief cannabis provisioning center at 553 East Chicago in Coldwater.
Green Tree Relief acquired the land in between the Wendy’s and Dairy Queen stores last December with the intention of constructing a new building.
Green Tree Relief expects the 6,500 square foot facility to debut as one of the larger provisioning centers in the area. It will feature the Green Tree Relief headquarters in addition to retail space.
It will be their second provisioning center. They currently operate a provisioning center in Reading which serves both medical and adult-use individuals.
Green Tree Relief is a operated by Joshua Ditton, his brother Alex and wife Becky along with parents Brian and Sue Ditton.
Plans call for the Coldwater provisioning center to open sometime in the fall.
