COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – The Branch-Hillsdale-St. Joseph Community Health Agency has announced that Honu will be providing no cost, weekly, curbside COVID-19 testing events through the month of June at the health department parking lots in Hillsdale, Coldwater, and Three Rivers.
Health Officer Rebecca Burns says tests are being offered to provide individuals in the tri-county area with the opportunity to receive rapid results within a half hour.
Curbside testing in Coldwater will continue to take place Thursdays from 9:00 a.m. until 3:30 p.m. in the parking lot at 570 Marshall Road.
Testing is available to Michigan residents on a first come, first served basis. Individuals wanting to be tested should bring an ID. No doctor’s order is needed.
Minors can be tested if they are calm and with a parent. The State of Michigan is covering the cost of testing. Insurance is not required and no insurance cards will be requested.
