COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – There are now two vacancies on the Downtown Development Authority Board.
Board Chair Brad Rockey announced on Wednesday morning that Jennifer Wingard has resigned due to health considerations and the expansion of her business. He read a letter Wingard wrote to the board.
Rockey added it’s not problem Wingard is dealing with but it’s come to a point where she has to be very attentive to what’s going on with her business.
Wingard’s resignation comes after Val Johnson stepped down last month.
Rockey said he would hope the D.D.A. would consider putting together a diversified board and that it shouldn’t be a problem in getting the board back up to full strength.
