DETROIT (WKZO AM-FM) – Heavy rains forced the postponement of both ends of yesterday’s scheduled doubleheader between Minnesota and Detroit at Comerica Park.
The first game will be made up this afternoon at 1:10 p.m. as part of a split twinbill, with first pitch for the nightcap at 6:10 p.m. The second scheduled game from yesterday will be made up on August 30 at 2:10 p.m., originally an off-day for both teams.
