COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – If you got your COVID-19 vaccines out of state or at a VA Health Clinics, the Branch-Hillsdale-St. Joseph Community Health Agency wants to help you get into the MI Shot to Win sweepstakes.
Personal Health & Disease Prevention Director Kali Nichols says MI Shot to Win verifies entries using the vaccine record found in Michigan Care Improve Registry (MCIR).
Vaccines given at VA Health Clinics or out of state are unable to be verified and entries are rejected.
Any Michigan resident who was vaccinated after December 1, 2020 at a VA Health Clinic or out of state location should bring their vaccination card and photo ID to any Health Agency office before July 28, 2021 in order to be eligible to enter the sweepstakes.
Agency offices are open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. until 4 p.m. Additionally, you can bring your vaccine card and photo ID to any of the Health Agency’s upcoming community clinics.”

MONDAY July 19, 2021 – Residents can come to the Bethel Township Hall at 402 S. Snow Prairie Rd., Bronson from 10 a.m. – Noon.
TUESDAY July 20, 2021 – Residents have several opportunities: Coldwater and Hillsdale locations will be offering vaccine from 9 a.m. – Noon, the Branch County District Library Quincy, 11 N. Main St., Quincy will be offering vaccine from Noon – 3 p.m., and also the city parking lot of the Hillsdale Elks Lodge #1575, 60 N. Manning St., Hillsdale from 1 p.m. – 6 p.m.
WEDNESDAY July 21, 2021 – The Branch County District Library Coldwater located at 10 E. Chicago St., Coldwater from 3 p.m. – 5 p.m.
THURSDAY July 22, 2021 – Residents can walk into the Three Rivers location at 1110 Hill St., Three Rivers from 2 p.m. – 6 p.m.
