DETROIT, MI (WKZO AM/FM) – The Detroit Tigers have activated pitcher Michael Fulmer off the injured list.
Fulmer had been sidelined since late June with a cervical spine strain.
Detroit designated reliever Ian Krol for assignment to open up a spot on the roster. Krol could return to Triple-A Toledo if he clears waivers.
