ALLEN PARK, MI (WKZO AM/FM) – The Detroit Lions have signed veteran center Evan Boehm.
Boehm was drafted by the Cardinals in 2016 out of Missouri and has played with five other teams.
Detroit also activated rookie guard Evan Heim off the reserve/Covid-19 list. Heim is an undrafted free agent from Minnesota State.
The Lions continue preparing for the upcoming season at their Allen Park facility.
Linebacker Derrick Barnes did not take part in drills yesterday after leaving practice Saturday. The team has not released why Barnes was held out of practice, but he did workout on the sidelines during yesterday’s camp.
