COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – After it had to be called off in 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the annual Branch County Fair is back.
The Fair’s 91st edition gets underway this weekend. The theme this year is “American Flare at the Branch County Fair”.
While the opening day is officially on Sunday, there will be activities at the Branch County Fairgrounds on Saturday with the Club Landscaping judging, the Branch Buds Animal Showing, a style review at the Dearth Center and the entry of exhibits.
The annual Fair Parade will start at 4:00 p.m. on Saturday. The parade will leave the fairgrounds and head north on Jefferson before turning on U.S. 12 and heading west to Clay Street.
It will then head south on Clay to Park Avenue where it will then go east to Jefferson and then south on Jefferson to the fairgrounds.
Merle and Liz Donbrock are this year’s parade marshals.
