DETROIT, MI (WKZO AM/FM) – The Tigers were on the prowl as they mauled the Red Sox 8-1 in Detroit. Victor Reyes had a couple of triples and drove in three runs for Detroit. Robbie Grossman hit his 17th home run of the season. Tarik Skubal pitched five scoreless innings for Detroit as the Tigers took the rubber game of the three game series with the Red Sox. Boston has lost six of seven. Detroit is on the road against the Indians in Cleveland tonight.
