LANSING MI (WKZO AM/FM) – State law enforcement officials say that an increased presence on Michigan roads will be seen over the Labor Day holiday, as an effort to curb impaired driving will take place.
The holiday is one of the deadliest involving impaired driving accidents, and officers from the local level to the State Police will take to the roads as a part of the “Drive Sober or Get Pulled Over” campaign.
Officers kicked off the campaign on Monday, and it will run through Labor Day.
