GRAND HAVEN MI (WKZO AM/FM) – A US District judge has ruled that a Grand Haven couple was wrong when they got rid of their son’s collection of pornographic materials.
Judge Paul Maloney ordered the couple to pay 43-year-old David Werking over 30 thousand dollars in compensation, and to also pay $14,500 in attorney fees.
Werking said he noticed the items were missing after he had moved to Muncie, Indiana, after living with his parents for 10 months after a divorce.
