COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – Lilah’s Bridal owner Dannielle McRae has announced the business will be closing.
She said in a post on their Facebook page, “after five years of doing what I love most, it’s time to do what is best for my family and close Lilah’s Bridal. I have worked so hard over the past five years to make my dreams come true but unfortunately, it’s time to say goodbye. After welcoming my fourth child in June, I have realized that I do not have the time and energy needed to keep Lilah’s going.”
Lilah’s Bridal has sponsored many Coldwater Area Chamber of Commerce and community events since it opened in 2016.
McRae went on to say, “I have no doubt that I have made a positive impact on our community over the past five years and for that, I am incredibly proud. Coldwater has been nothing short of amazing at welcoming my family and I into their business community and supporting my business from the beginning. I have had incredible mentors and there are so many people I look up to and admire. I am thankful for my time as a downtown business owner and I will never regret my decision to open Lilah’s Bridal and make it into the beautiful bridal shop that it is.”
McRae wants to assure all of her current customers that any orders will still be fulfilled and she will continue to rent tuxedos and suits for the time being.
All dress and tux orders on file will be fulfilled. This also means that all of their current inventory is on sale. In addition, if you know anyone who is seriously considering buying a downtown Coldwater business, contact Angie Wages at 517-617-0005.
