Michael S. Preston, 67, of Chippewa Lake, passed away Saturday, September 11, 2021 in Marshall. No services will be held at this time, a celebration of life will be held at a later date. Arrangements are being cared for by Dutcher Funeral Home.
Michael was born January 26, 1954 in Durand, MI to Robert & Elizabeth (Delehanty) Preston. He served honorably in the US Air Force from March 1972 – June 1973.
Mike loved car hauling and traveling all over the United States. He enjoyed Nascar races and spending time with his family.
Michael is survived by his children Cassie (Paul) Tong of Coldwater, Kaydi (Jeff) Farr of Killeen, TX, Codey Preston of Coldwater, Cory Pfost of Coldwater, his sisters Carla Vredenburg of Chippewa Lake, Mary Sisco of Rodney, his grandchildren Zach Tong, Logan, Ethan, Kayden, Abby, Dylan, Keiston, Emma and
Chloe Pfost; his great grandson Elliot and nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by both parents, his brothers Mark and Jim Preston, brother-in-law Foster Vredenburg and his great niece Samantha.
