DETROIT, MI (WKZO AM/FM) – Former Boston Red Sox pitcher Eduardo Rodriguez will reportedly be wearing a Detroit Tigers uniform in 2022.
Sources say that the Tigers and Rodriguez agreed to a five-year contract worth $77 million yesterday. Rodriguez must pass a physical for the deal to become official.
The 28-year-old lefty went 13-and-8 with a 4.74 E-R-A last year, and he finished the season with 185 strikeouts in 157-and-two-thirds innings.
