ALLEN PARK, MI (WKZO AM/FM) – Detroit Lions quarterback Jared Goff did not practice yesterday as he deals with an oblique injury.
He was hurt in the first quarter of Sunday’s tie at Pittsburgh, but remained in the game.
Backup QB Tim Boyle worked out with the first team yesterday in Goff’s place.
Boyle has been on injured reserve since having surgery on his thumb, but returned to practice last week.
