ANN ARBOR, MI (WKZO AM/FM) – Linebacker David Ojabo is leaving the University of Michigan football team and will enter the NFL draft.
Ojabo set a school record with five forced fumbles this season. He also had 35 total tackles, 11 sacks and three pass breakups in 2021.
Michigan State University wide receiver Jayden Reed will return to the Spartans for his senior season. Reed led MSU with 1,026 yards on 59 catches with ten touchdowns in 2021.
The move means he will play one more year with Spartans quarterback Payton Thorne who was his middle school and high school teammate.
