Legg girls basketball teams open seasons by going 1-3 against Parma Western

COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – The Legg Middle School girls basketball teams opened their seasons on Wednesday night with games against Parma Western.

The eighth grade A team won 54-44. Mya Porter scored 22 points and grabbed 15 rebounds. Rylie  VanAken had 14 points while Coley  Burkhardt had 11 points.

The eighth grade B team lost.No score was provided.

Legg dropped both of the seventh grade games.

The A team lost 44-12. Scoring for the Cardinals was TK Boyd and Paisley Harvey with four points each.

The B team also lost 28-26. Savannah Hayward led Legg with 10 points.
