BIRMINGHAM, AL (WKZO AM/FM) – The Michigan Panthers took quarterback Shea Patterson at number-one overall in the first round of the USFL Draft last night.
Patterson was under center for the University of Michigan from 2018-19 and played in 2021 for the Montreal Alouettes in the CFL.
The Panthers are one of eight teams in the reboot of the league, which begins a ten game regular season in Birmingham, Alabama April 16.
