SARASOTA, FL (WKZO AM/FM) – The Detroit Tigers gave up a go-ahead run in the bottom of the eighth during their 5-4 loss to the Baltimore Orioles Sunday afternoon.
Jeimer Candelario had two hits and an RBI in the losing effort. Tyler Alexander allowed one run in two-and-two-thirds innings during his start on the mound.
The Tigers send Eduardo Rodriguez to the hill when they host the Yankees this afternoon.
