Four die, nine wounded from Russia’s shelling of Kharkiv – governor

(Reuters) – Four people died and nine were wounded as a result of Russia’s shelling in the Kharkiv region on Monday, Oleh Synegubov, the region’s governor told Ukraine’s public broadcaster.
