COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – The City of Coldwater has announced that summer construction projects will start this Sunday, June 12, with the resealing of the Upson Plaza parking lot.
Work is scheduled to wrap up by next Wednesday. Residents and customers are being asked to use other parking lots in the downtown area while the work is going on.
A major reconstruction project in Coldwater is also scheduled to begin next week.
Crews will be working on South Michigan Avenue, South Sprague, Washington and Perkins Street. They will be replacing and repairing water and sewer infrastructure as well as sidewalks, storm sewers, curbs, gutters, and roads. The project is expected to be completed in October.
