Moscow-administered Kherson prepares referendum on joining Russia-TASS

(Reuters) – The Moscow-imposed military-civilian administration in Ukraine’s Kherson region said it had begun preparations for a referendum on joining Russia, Russian state news agency TASS reported on Wednesday.
