ANAHEIM, CA (WKZO AM/FM) -Shohei Ohtani homered twice as the Los Angeles Angels crushed the Detroit Tigers 10-0 in Anaheim Monday.
Mike Trout also homered for Los Angeles. Jose Suarez pitched seven scoreless innings for the Angels, who are 59-and-76.
The Tigers had just four hits in the loss. Tyler Alexander allowed seven runs, six earned over four and a third innings to take the loss for Detroit. The Tigers are 51-and-84 and will play the Angels in Anaheim again tonight.
