It is quite an honor to see the Positivity of our culture and investment in our people reflected back through such a high recommendation of Bronson as a great place to work.”
Forbes, in collaboration with market research company Statista, surveyed 70,000 employees working for businesses with more than 500 employees across the country. All the surveys were anonymous, allowing participants to openly share their opinions and rate their employers on a variety of criteria, including safety of work environment, competitiveness of compensation, opportunities for advancement and openness to telecommuting. Statista then asked respondents how likely they’d be to recommend their employer to others, and to nominate organizations in industries outside their own.
Fair pay, safe working conditions, inclusive culture, remote work benefits and initiatives around diversity, equity and inclusion were among Forbes‘ criteria.
