BUSINESS BEAT: Coldwater Area Chamber of Commerce holding scarecrow decorating contest again

COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – The Coldwater Area Chamber of Commerce will be holding a scarecrow decorating contest once again this year.

Registration will take place between October 7 and 21.

The scarecrows will be set up October 24 and 25 with voting taking place between October 26 and 30.

The winners will be announced on Halloween, October 31.

First prize is worth $200 with second and third place prizes of $100 and $50 respectively.

The contest is being sponsored by the Chamber and Honor Credit Union.
