Russia’s Putin says Russian weapons showing ‘great effectiveness’ in Ukraine

(Reuters) – Russia’s President Vladimir Putin on Tuesday said Russian weapons were showing great effectiveness in Ukraine and that the country needs to enhance the capacity of its arms industry.
