COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – Coldwater hosted Jackson Lumen Christi on Purple Night at the Coach Floyd Eby Gymnasium, and the Cardinals took a hard-fought win over the Titans in 4 games. Lumen Christi took the first game 24-26 before Coldwater took the final three games 26-24, 25-22, 25-23.

Columbia Central played the Cardinal freshmen and won their match 2-0 by scores of 27-25, 25-10. The Cards were led on the night by Madison Stumpf with five kills and an ace, Ava Gilchrist with two kills, Abby Garcia with a kill and a ace, Samantha Bernard with a kill and 100 percent from the service line, and Mackenzie VanDongen with an ace and 100 percent from the service line.
