BATTLE CREEK, MI (WTVB) – The Coldwater Cardinals lost an Interstate 8 match at Harper Creek on Wednesday night three games to nothing.
Harper won a close first game 28-26 and then dominated in the next two to win by scores of 25-14, 25-15.
Mackenzie Scheid had 14 kills and seven digs for the Cardinals while Maren Debeau recorded 25 assists and seven digs.
Jaelah Sloan had seven kills and Violet Waltke had 21 digs.
Coldwater is now 4-2 in the Interstate 8.
The Cardinals along with Jackson Northwest will be in a triangular meet at Brooklyn Columbia Central on Thursday night.
Harper Creek won the J.V. match 25-20, 25-9.
