COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – A spokesperson for ProMedica Coldwater Regional Hospital said on Friday morning that the water main break which affected hospital operations has been resolved and all impacted services have resumed.
The water main break took place early on Thursday morning and impacted the main hospital only. The surrounding medical office buildings were unaffected.
Surgeries scheduled at the main hospital for Thursday were either been canceled and rescheduled or delayed pending the completion of repairs.
Outpatient lab services continued with most testing available and Radiology remained open for outpatient services.
The cause of the break is not known.
The Emergency Department at ProMedica Coldwater Regional Hospital remained open and operating as usual.
