EAST LANSING, MI (WKZO AM/FM) – In men’s college basketball action Tuesday night, Michigan State University crushed Nebraska 74-56 for its fifth straight win.
Michigan State (10-4, 2-1) is building momentum with five straight wins going into Saturday’s game against rival University of Michigan (8-5, 2-0) at the Breslin Center.
After hosting Penn State (8-5, 2-0) on Wednesday night, the Wolverines will have one fewer day to prepare for the game.
Elsewhere Tuesday, Eastern Michigan University was blasted by Bowling Green 91-65, Central Michigan University beat Miami-Ohio 68-56, and Western Michigan University lost 80-72 at Kent State.
