KALAMAZOO, MI (WTVB) – The Coldwater Polar Bear Middle School Swim Team traveled to Kalamazoo Wednesday night to take on Kalamazoo and South Haven Middle Schools.
The Polar Bear girls lost 71-83 against South Haven and 61-93 against Kalamazoo.
The boys lost 35-107 to South Haven and 34-111 against Kalamazoo.
Mason Sabaitis earned his second state qualifying time with a cut in the 100 Freestyle.
Sid Aseltine bought home a win in the 50 Freestyle and Mason Sabaitis brought home a win in the 100 Backstroke.
The relay of Sid Aseltine, Ambriah Lewis, Ava Motes, and Korrin Brown won the 200 Freestyle Relay.
The Polar Bears enter their last week of the regular season with one more home meet at the Browne Aquatic Center on Tuesday and their conference championship Friday at Allegan.
