CALHOUN COUNTY, MI (WKZO AM/FM) — The Calhoun County Public Health Department is seeking input from the public on it’s response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Health officials say the input will be used to put together an After Action Review, or AAR. They consider the AAR valuable documentation to help them evaluate the health department’s response which will help them make better decisions for future incidents.
The public at large in Calhoun County can submit their feedback now through Friday, March 31 via email to Erin Somerlott, who is the Emergency Preparedness Coordinator at publichealth@calhouncountymi.gov.
Feedback provided along with the AAR will help the department ensure that resources and plans are in place if Calhoun County were to experience a natural disaster, an act of violence, a significant outage, or even another pandemic such as COVID-19 in the future.
