THREE RIVERS, MI (WTVB) – Bronson went 1-2 at the Three Rivers softball invitational on Saturday.
The Vikings lost to the host team 2-0. Roni Bir’s double was one of four hits for the Vikings. Addison Harris struck out nine in her seven innings of work.
Bronson defeated Harper Creek 6-2 in their second game. Ashlynn Harris was the winning pitcher. Haylie Wilson led the offense with three hits.
The Vikings dropped their third game to Parchment 6-1. Wilson had two hits.
Bronson’s record is now 3-6.
Bronson Coach Becky Grey said, “We continue to play good competition but are really struggling offensively. I feel our pitching and defense if doing well but we need to improve on the offensive side of the ball.”
