QUINCY, MI (WTVB) – The Quincy girls soccer team bounced back from Monday’s 2-1 loss to Brooklyn Columbia Central on Tuesday night as they defeated Grass Lake 4-1 for their tenth victory of the season.
After a scoreless first half, Sami Hollenbaugh got the first goal of the night with an assist from Abby Hinds at about 4 minutes into the second half.
Grass Lake would be able to come back 11 minutes later and tie the score.
Kallie Glei then scored two goals within minutes of each other putting the Orioles up 3-1.
The final goal of the night came from Abigail Harmon at the 59 minute mark.
Quincy out shot Grass Lake 16-4. The Orioles are now 10-3-1.
Also in girls soccer on Tuesday night, Bronson lost to Calhoun Christian 9-1.
