MARSHALL, MI (WNWN/WTVB) – Police in Marshall updated their social media platforms early Sunday night to announce that a local woman who had been reported as missing earlier in the day was safe and sound.
There were concerns on Sunday about the safety of 76-year-old Lorna Labelle-Steffey of Marshall who suffers from dementia.
Marshall Police reported she was last heard from in the early morning hours of Sunday when she placed a phone call to a family member from a gas station in Big Rapids.
Her family told WWMT-TV she did not show up at a motel she was supposed to have checked in at.
