SHENZHEN, China (Reuters) – Mobile phone maker Honor is preparing for an initial public offering, the state-owned Securities Times reported on Wednesday, without specifying a timeframe.
Honor was previously a unit of Huawei Technologies, which sold it in November 2020 in a bid to keep it going after U.S. sanctions limited Huawei’s access to critical technology.
