Larry A. Kriser, 75, of Quincy, passed away Saturday, January 6, 2024 at home surrounded by his family.
Funeral services will be held Thursday, January 11, 2024 at 12:00 p.m. at the Eagle Funeral Home-George White Chapel in Quincy with Reverend Alan Fenstermaker officiating. Interment with military honors will follow at Lester Cemetery.
Visitation will be held Thursday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service.
He was born on April 30, 1948 in Hillsdale to Homer and Genevieve (Carpenter) Kriser. Larry married Linda (Todd) on June 17, 1967 and she survives.
Larry graduated from Quincy High School in 1967. He went on to work at Seybert’s Implements in Coldwater after high school until he was drafted into the ARMY. Larry worked several jobs after deployment, ending at Hillsdale Tool after 35 years.
Larry enjoyed farming, mowing the yard, running the bushhog, camping and cutting wood. He also enjoyed going to the truck pulls.
In addition to his wife, Linda, Larry is survived by one daughter, Lori (Barry) Parker of Manton, MI; one son, Bradly (Shawna Colvin) Kriser of Quincy; two sisters, Linda (Dave) Greenawalt of Reno, NV, Leona Norton of Quincy; one brother, Lowell Kriser of Reading; three grandchildren, Kaylee Kriser of Angola, Ashley (Hunter) Bisballe of Manton, Evan Parker of Manton ; many sisters and brothers-in-law and several nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions are suggested to Hospice of Hillsdale County.
