COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – Southern Michigan Bank & Trust Executive Vice President and Chief Lending Officer Nick Grabowski recently announced the promotion of Brandy Titus to the position of First Vice President, Head of Mortgage Sales.
Titus joined Southern in 2022 as Vice President/Retail Mortgage Sales Manager for their Hillsdale,
Jackson, and Calhoun markets.
She brought with her over 15 years of lending and real estate experience with local financial institutions and realty groups.
Titus earned an associate degree in Business from Baker College.
Grabowski says, “Since her arrival, Brandy has consistently showcased an exemplary work ethic and profound understanding of the mortgage industry.
According to Titus, “The most rewarding aspect of being a community banker lies in the meaningful
relationships we cultivate with colleagues, customers, and business partners. Some of my most
cherished friendships have been forged from mortgage lending, and I look forward to expanding my role
in this industry with Southern.”
