Samantha Margert Snyder, 36, of Quincy passed away Wednesday, February 14, 2024 at home surrounded by her family.
Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, February 20, 2024 at 1:00 p.m. at the Eagle Funeral Home-George White Chapel in Quincy with Pastor Rachel Labram officiating. Interment will follow in Lakeview Cemetery in Quincy.
Visitation will be held Monday, February 19 from 4:00-7:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
She was born on November 1, 1987 in Coldwater to Terry “Andy” and Susan Kay (McVicker) Snyder.
Samantha attended Waldron School in Coldwater until she was 16 years old. She loved 1950’s music and playing with her rope.
Samantha is survived by her parents, Andy and Susan; one sister, Betty Sue (Jody) Morrow of South Carolina; two brothers, David (Stephanie) Snyder of Quincy, Robert (Stacy) Snyder of Kinderhook; grandmother, Shirley Snyder; 14 nieces and nephews and three great-nephews.
Samantha was preceded in death by her Poppy, David McVicker; grandmother, Betty McVicker; grandfather, Terry Snyder and great-grandmother, Ruth Hankins.
