BRANCH COUNTY, MI (WTVB) – The Coldwater and Quincy girls soccer teams played their final regular season matches on Monday night.
Coldwater lost home to Adrian 5-4. Cara Miller scored twice for Coldwater.
Katie Odell and Lily Bockheim both scored a goal while Bockhiem also had an assist.
The Cardinals will take a 6-9-3 record into Wednesday night’s opening round M.H.S.A.A. Division Two district game against Charlotte. The match at Cardinal Field will start at 6:00 p.m..

Meanwhile, Quincy scored a 8-0 victory over Hillsdale on Senior Night. Seniors Sami Hollenbaugh, Piper Eby, Grace Lindsley and Tessa Henry were honored.
Hollenbaugh had four goals while Ella Bartell scored twice for the Orioles. Ciaira Paul and Henry also scored.
Laura Bostic had three assists while MacKenzi Maynard, Paul and McKenna Bowerman each had an assist.
Quincy is now 13-4-1. They will host Springport in the opening round of the M.H.S.A.A. Division Three districts on Thursday at 5:30 p.m..
