STURGIS, MI (WTVB) – Coldwater’s girls golf team finished eighth out of 10 teams on Friday at the Sturgis Central Meat Market Invitational hosted by the Klinger Lake Country Club in Sturgis.
Coldwater shot a team score of 453 while Portage Central won the event with a 351.
The event was broken up into two competing groups.
Coldwater’s Claire Hawver and McKinley Earles won medals for finishing in the top ten of the Black division. Hawver shot a 107, Earles had a 110.
Drew Sharpley carded a 116, Harper Anglin shot a 120, Julianna Cowles had a 130 and Suri Stout rounded out Coldwater’s scoring with a 139.
