COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – Coldwater’s annual holiday parade will be held this Saturday night.
Even though the parade doesn’t start until 7:30 p.m., parade entries will be lining up as early as 5:30 p.m. on North Hudson Street.
The parade route will once again be on U.S. 12 between North Hudson and Pierson.
Streets will be blocked off temporarily during the parade and traffic throughout the route may be slow both before and after the parade.
As of Tuesday afternoon, the parade had 27 entries. Courtney Dirschell will be the Grand Marshal.
This year’s theme is “The Magic Of Christmas”. The awards are Magical Moments (best use of theme), Merriest Gatherings (judges’ choice), and Joyous Spirits (most energetic)
This year’s parade is part of the Hometown Holiday promotion being put on by Coldwater Main Street.
