COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – Instead of snow for Christmas Week, slippery road conditions from freezing rain is expected Monday.
The National Weather Service has issued a Winter Weather Advisory from 7:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. for most of Southwest Michigan. Ice up to one tenth of an inch is possible.
A changeover to all rain is expected as temperatures warm above freezing, with an afternoon high of 35 degrees.
The forecast for Christmas Eve Tuesday is for cloudy skies with a high of 36. There is a chance of rain overnight Tuesday into Christmas Day, with a high Wednesday of 37 degrees.
