William “Bill” Glendon Parks Jr., 63 of Coldwater passed away January 3, 2025 at his home in Coldwater surrounded by his loving family.
A funeral service will be held Friday, January 10, 2025 at 12:00 p.m. at Dutcher Funeral Home in Coldwater.
The family will receive guests for visitation that morning from 10:00 a.m. until of service at the funeral home.
He was born September 27, 1961 to William Parks Sr. and Linda (Parsons) Trump in Coldwater, MI.
Bill was a graduate of Coldwater High School and honorably served his country in the United States Airforce for 23 dedicated years. He achieved the rank of Master Sergeant and was the recipient of many honors throughout his military career where he ultimately retired in 2007.
January 31, 1987 William married Debra J. Bryant in Coldwater, MI and she survives.
Bill enjoyed golfing, hunting, playing poker, and was an avid Detroit Lions fan.
Knowing a little bit about almost everything, Bill never came a across a problem he couldn’t fix; but his greatest accomplishment and highest honor was the love that he held for his family.
In addition to his wife Debbie of Coldwater, Bill leaves behind his mother Linda Trump of Middlebury, IN; his daughters Ashley (Brandon Adams) Parks of Sturgis, Megan (Cole Stiemsma) Parks of Coldwater; his siblings Christine (Tony) Heiser of Burr Oak, Amy Jo Parks of Middlebury, IN, Michael (Cassandra) Finley of Sturgis; his grandchildren Drake Torres, Ryker Adams, Kailey Williams, Livia Williams, Ender Stiemsma, Cooper Stiemsma, and his seventh grandchild on the way; his many loving nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews and his beloved dog Tucker.
Bill was preceded in death by his father William Parks Sr. and his stepfather George Trump.
Memorial donations may be made to the Branch County Veterans Affairs or the American Cancer Society.
