BRONSON, MI (WTVB) – The Bronson Vikings swept the Coldwater Cardinals on Tuesday in a couple of close matches at the Bronson Strike Zone.
Bronson won the girls match 18 1/2 to 11 1/2.
The regular games were split with Bronson taking game one 705 to 569, Coldwater winning game two 579 to 550 and Bronson winning total pin fall 1255 to 1148.
They also split the Baker games. Coldwater won game one 128 to 120, Bronson took game two 174 to 114 and totals 294 to 242.
Coldwater was led by Ashlyn Caswell with a 150 game.
Bronson also won the boys meet 16 1/2 to 13 1/2.
Bronson won both regular games 962 to 934 and 982 to 818 as they took totals 1944 to 1752. Coldwater won both Baker games 169 to 158 and 180 to 129 and took totals 349-287.
The Coldwater boys were led by Ian Schindler with games of 222 and 205 for a 427 series, Kahle Weis with a 225, Vinnie Beekman a 218 and Brady Hawver with a 204.
Bronson results were not provided.
Bronson also won the Junior Varsity match involving split squads, 23-7.
