COLDWATER, MI (WKZO AM/FM) – The Calhoun County Sheriff’s Office has arrested 56-year-old Walter Ward Jr. on charges of attempted criminal sexual conduct, accosting children for immoral purposes, and using a computer to commit a crime.
Ward is from Coldwater and was arrested Thursday.
Deputies received tips on an adult male who was allegedly “soliciting underage girls for the purpose of sexual assault.”
They say he had arranged to meet with a girl that he knew was underage.
